Our homes are loaded with all the essential amenities you would expect. Including fully stocked kitchens, linens/towels, WiFi, streaming services, and outdoor furniture. We provide everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
Our properties are all centrally located to the areas top attractions. Museums, caves, lakes, trails, monuments and much more are just a short drive from our homes!
25% of the full rental amount is due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30-60 days before arrival, depending on the home you reserved. All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
All security deposits are reserved a day before arrival and released back to the card on file up to seven business days after departure. This is to cover any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay.
Every reservation comes with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Laundry soap, dish tabs, dish soap, and hand soap are provided as well. Depending on the home you reserve shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also available. Anything beyond this is guest responsibility.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. We can upon request make exceptions to these times, please inquire about the possibility and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
